Core Insights Consulting Meets with Amideast to Explore Collaboration on Yemen’s Recovery Priorities

Co-founders Mundher Mubarak and Mueataz Hamed of Core Insights Consulting recently met with Sabrina Faber, Country Director for Amideast in Yemen, and Gehan Dada, Office Director of Amideast’s Aden office, to discuss opportunities for collaboration across priorities central to Yemen’s recovery and long-term development.

The discussion focused on two key areas. The first was Youth Empowerment, and how Yemen’s demographic strength can be translated into meaningful institutional contribution through technical skills development, civic engagement pathways, and structured entry into public and private institutions. The second was Education, as a foundational investment in human capital and social cohesion in a context shaped by protracted conflict.

AMIDEAST’s operational depth in Yemen through scholarships, English-language instruction, and workforce development complements Core Insights’ analytical and advisory work in governance, institutional reform, and political economy. Both organizations also explored how evidence-based analysis and ground-level programming can reinforce one another, creating stronger pathways for sustainable impact, economic resilience, and long-term progress in Yemen.

The meeting reflected a shared commitment to practical collaboration that connects strategic thinking with on-the-ground implementation, helping translate ideas into measurable outcomes for communities and institutions alike.
